About Rabbi Michoel Green
For nearly two decades, Rabbi Michoel Green served as Overseas Director of Bnot Torah/Sharfman's, one of Yerushalayim's longest-standing post–high school seminaries. A seasoned and visionary educational leader, he now brings his wealth of experience to the role as founding Menahel of MACHON TEMIMA Seminary. Rabbi Green has held senior leadership positions with Olami and has advised schools and seminaries around the world, helping to strengthen admissions, operations, and long-term institutional growth. A native of Los Angeles, he studied at Yeshivat Kerem B'Yavneh and the Mirrer Yeshiva, graduated from Ner Israel Rabbinical College in Baltimore, and also received semicha from Rav Zalman Nechemia Goldberg zt"l.
In addition to composing Jewish music, Rabbi Green is known for his real and thought-provoking classes that are full of real, deep and relatable Torah that emphasizes the pursuit of wholeness, empowering students to cultivate lives of meaning, depth, and authentic connection to Hashem. Rabbi Green and his wife, Mrs. Tziporah Green, reside in Ramat Eshkol, where their home is renowned for its warmth, hospitality, and unforgettable Shabbos table.

About Mrs. Tziporah Green
Mrs. Tziporah Green was born and raised in the Washington Heights community of New York and spent her formative years in Passaic-Clifton, where she developed a deep appreciation for Torah values and the strength of vibrant Jewish community. A graduate of Seminar Bnos Torah, where she received her teaching certification, she also holds a B.A. in Liberal Arts from Excelsior College and is a certified kallah teacher through the National Council of Young Israel. Mrs. Green is an accomplished educator, Aim Bayit, and mother of seven, beloved for her warmth, wisdom, and remarkable ability to cultivate enduring relationships with her students. Known for her thoughtful and grounded approach, her chaburah resonates with so many as it seamlessly blends depth, clarity, and practical applications while making profound Torah ideas accessible and relevant to everyday life.
Mrs. Green also consistently uses her Shabbos table, her famous sourdough, vibrant salads, and wholesome, delicious cuisine as an extension of the seminary experience, offering students a living model of Torah values in action. Through her renowned hospitality and genuine warmth, she creates an atmosphere that reflects the beauty, joy, and wholeness of a Torah home, inspiring students not only through what she teaches, but through how she lives.
As Director of Students, Mrs. Green plays a central role in nurturing the personal and spiritual development of each talmidah. MRS. RUTH BUCHLER
Mrs. Ruth Buchler is a respected educator, BJJ graduate, and lives in the Ramot neighborhood of Yerushalayim. Renowned for her ability to make Torah ideas vivid, accessible, and deeply relevant, she inspires students through the study of Jewish thought, Tanach, and arguably most notably a meaningful connection to Eretz Yisrael. Mrs. Buchler has served on the faculty of Nachlas and Tomer Devorah, where her experiential and concept-driven courses bridge classical Torah sources with Jewish history, identity, and contemporary life. Her teaching cultivates intellectual engagement, personal growth, and a lasting relationship with Torah. Thousands of students and visitors to Eretz Yisrael have been impacted by her keen knowledge of all areas of the Land of Israel that make it truly come to life. In addition to her educational work, Mrs. Buchler serves as MACHON TEMIMA's Programming & Logistics Coordinator.
MRS. LEAH HERSHMAN
Mrs. Leah Hershman is a dynamic and beloved educator at Michlalah Jerusalem College and a practicing attorney who works internationally, and brings exceptional clarity and depth to her classes. Her textual classes on the Beis HaLevi stand out for their engaging, intellectually stimulating style that seamlessly weaves profound Torah insights with practical, real-world application. Students leave her classes empowered and equipped to live with a heightened sense of wholeness to Hashem. Mrs. Hershman resides in the Ramat Eshkol neighborhood of Yerushalayim with her husband, Rabbi Yosef Hershman, a highly regarded Rebbe in the Aish EFG program. Together, they have built a home renowned for its warmth and love of Torah.
MRS. SHOSHANA WOZNICA
Mrs. Shoshana Woznica was born and raised in Philadelphia and is a graduate of Stern College and Darchei Bina. She holds a Master's degree in Speech and brings both professional training and educational sensitivity to her teaching, inspiring students with clarity, warmth, and relevance. Mrs. Woznica is known for her engaging and relatable classes, which speak powerfully to contemporary life while remaining firmly rooted in Torah values. In addition to her teaching at MACHON TEMIMA, she also serves on the faculty of Darchei Bina. Mrs. Woznica lives with her family in Ramat Beit Shemesh Aleph, where she is known for her open home, genuine warmth, and active involvement in communal volunteering and chessed initiatives.
RABBI GIDON SHOSHAN
Rabbi Gidon Shoshan is a renowned educator and leader in the greater Jewish world. Rabbi Shoshan's broad Torah education reflects many years of study in leading yeshivos, including Yeshivat Hakotel, Mir Yeshiva, RIETS and the LINK Kollel in Los Angeles. In addition to his Torah learning, he holds Master's degrees in Education and Psychology from Yeshiva University and Harvard University, where he received the 2012 Leadership in Education Award. He is also a member of the Jewish Studies faculty at Touro University's Jerusalem campus. Rabbi Shoshan currently serves as Deputy Managing Director of Olami, overseeing Jewish outreach programming across North America, the United Kingdom, and other English-speaking countries. Through his teaching and leadership roles, Rabbi Shoshan works to inspire students and young professionals to live with greater clarity, purpose and wholeness.
RABBI EPHY GREENE
Rabbi Greene is the Mashgiach of the Aish EFG program and has been teaching in the US & Israel for over 20 years. While teaching in Ramaz Middle School and SAR High School, Rabbi Greene built original educational programs such as Family Torah Programming, an Israel Guidance department, and Religious Guidance department. Upon Aliyah in 2008, Rabbi Greene taught at Yeshivat Torat Shraga and served as Chessed Programming Coordinator. Rabbi Greene has also taught at Midreshet AMIT and Tiferet. In his spare time, Rabbi Greene sings and composes original music, and has produced two CDs of original compositions, Ashrei (2007) and Samachti (2012) plus the 2015 single release of "Nachamu". Rabbi Greene's classes share a depth of inspiration and aspiration which have endeared him to hundreds of students. Rabbi Greene lives in Ramat Beit Shemesh with his wife and children.
MRS. RIKI NEMAN
MACHON TEMIMA is privileged to have Mrs. Riki Neman as a member of its faculty. She brings warmth, authenticity, and a deep appreciation for the transformative power of Torah to her students. A proud graduate of Prospect Park Yeshiva High School for Girls and Darchei Binah Seminary, Mrs. Neman has served in educational roles at Ba'er Miriam and Oryah. She recently earned her Master's Degree in Social Work from Adelphi University, enabling her to bring exceptional sensitivity and insight to today's young Jewish women. With a special love for Chassidus, she leads an inspiring chaburah focused on personal growth, relationships, and living with meaning and purpose. Known for her genuine care, Mrs. Neman helps each student cultivate a vibrant and joyful relationship with Hashem. She resides with her husband and family in the French Hill neighborhood of Yerushalayim, where their home is filled with warmth and simchah.
MRS. RENA COREN
Mrs. Rena Coren is a beloved educator whose warmth, insight, and genuine care have inspired countless students throughout the years. In addition to her teaching at MACHON TEMIMA, Mrs. Coren teaches at Midreshet Moriah, Aish, and Be'er Miriam, where she is known for her ability to present profound Torah concepts in a relatable, engaging, and deeply meaningful way. A graduate of Michlalah, where she earned her B.A., Mrs. Coren has also completed advanced graduate studies toward an M.A. Her classes focus on Machshavah, middos development, interpersonal relationships, the Jewish home, and women's halacha, helping students develop a thoughtful and authentic Torah perspective. Through a perfectly interwoven approach that explores what it means to be a dignified Jewish woman, her teaching leans into hashkafa-driven halacha, with an emphasis on making timeless Torah concepts meaningful, relevant, and deeply relatable.
Known for her ability to connect with students on a personal level, Mrs. Coren helps young women develop a deeper relationship with Hashem, a stronger sense of self, and a clearer vision of their unique purpose and potential. Mrs. Coren resides in the Ramot neighborhood of Yerushalayim with her family, where she continues to inspire the next generation through her teaching, mentorship, and enduring commitment to the growth of Klal Yisrael.
MRS. DASSIE GOLDBERG
Originally from Dallas, Texas, Mrs. Goldberg combines sincerity, insight, and enthusiasm to create a learning environment in which students feel both challenged and supported. Her engaging style and practical approach help students translate timeless Torah values into everyday life. Mrs. Dassie Goldberg has been teaching in Tiferet for a number of years where her classes on in-depth explorations of the Chagim and Shaarei B'Tefilla have inspired growth, reflection, and a deeper appreciation of connecting to Hashem. Mrs. Goldberg lives with her family in Ramat Beit Shemesh Gimmel, where they have built a home devoted to Torah warmth, and a true love of Eretz Yisrael. Through both her teaching and personal example, she strives to empower her students to develop a vibrant and enduring connection with Hashem that will accompany them throughout their lives.
MRS. ELANA GLATT
Mrs. Elana Glatt is a gifted educator and dynamic lecturer who also serves on the faculties of both Michlalah and Shaalvim for Women. She brings a wealth of experience in Torah education and student programming. A graduate of SKA and Michlalah, Mrs. Glatt has participated in NCSY's renowned Michlelet program and has lectured for the OU, inspiring women of all ages to deepen their connection to Torah and living a meaningful Jewish life. She holds a Master's degree in Jewish Education as well as an MBA in Nonprofit Management, combining educational expertise with visionary leadership. Known for her warmth, insight, and ability to connect with each student individually, Mrs. Glatt embodies the spirit of Torah, growth, and personal excellence that define the MACHON TEMIMA experience. She lives in Yerushalayim with her husband and children, where their home is devoted to Torah and a love of Eretz Yisrael.
MRS. BRACHA DAVID
Mrs. Bracha David is a highly regarded educator, known for her deep textual and conceptual classes where she is widely respected for her clarity, rigor, and ability to make complex topics accessible and meaningful to her students. She is a long-standing member of faculty at Michlalah and also teaches at Midreshet Tehillah and Bnos Sarah. Mrs. David lives with her family in the Har Nof neighborhood of Yerushalayim.
RABBI YITZCHOK RUBIN
Rabbi Yitzchok Rubin is a beloved Rebbe at Yeshivas Bircas HaTorah, a student-centered yeshiva in the Old City of Yerushalayim. Rabbi Rubin is known for his inspiring and engaging classes, which combine warmth, clarity, and a strong emphasis on personal growth and development. Rabbi Rubin has also taught in institutions such as Tomer Devorah and Baer Miriam. Rabbi Rubin lives in Ramat Beit Shemesh with his wife and children, where he is known for his open home, genuine warmth, and beautiful zemiros that uplift all those around him.
RABBI REUVEN MANDELBAUM
Rabbi Reuven Mandelbaum serves as a member of the MACHON TEMIMA Halacha Department and is a respected educator known for his ability to make Halacha both accessible and inspiring. In addition to teaching at MACHON TEMIMA, Aish Gesher for Women, and Sharfman's, he serves as Director of the Aish Beis Midrash, where countless talmidim seek his guidance and insight. Born and raised in Amsterdam and fluent in more than five languages, Rabbi Mandelbaum brings a broad perspective and exceptional communication skills to his teaching. He had the distinct privilege of learning in Gateshead Talmudical College, where he developed a close relationship with the Rosh Yeshiva, Rav Avrohom Gurwicz שליט"א, and later spent over five years learning in the renowned Brisk Yeshiva in Yerushalayim. Known for his clarity, depth, and practical approach, Rabbi Mandelbaum helps students appreciate not only the details of Halacha, but also the Torah values and worldview that bring it to life.
RABBI ADI ISAACS
Rabbi Adi Isaacs was born and raised in Los Angeles, California, where he developed a passion for Jewish education and leadership. He received his semicha from Rav Yitzchak Berkovits and has built his life around Torah-inspired communal impact and empowering the next generation of Jewish leaders. Rabbi Isaacs is the Founder and Director of the Nitzavim Fellowship, an independent organization established in 2021 which has provided transformative accredited study-abroad experiences combining academic rigor, Jewish learning, and deep cultural immersion for over a decade. Known for his warm, dynamic, and hands-on approach, Rabbi Isaacs creates close-knit communities and opens his home with his wife to welcome students for Shabbat and meaningful life experiences. His classes are appreciated for their depth, relevance, and practicality, helping students connect timeless Torah values to real-world leadership, advocacy, and personal growth.
MRS. JORDANA GREENFIELD
Mrs. Jordana Greenfield is a dynamic educator and inspirational speaker whose warmth, authenticity, and enthusiasm have impacted thousands of women worldwide. A gifted communicator, she connects Torah to everyday life, and her classes are known for being warm, relatable, and practical. Drawing on personal experience and deep Torah conviction, she encourages students to approach life's challenges with optimism, emunah, and purpose. Her teaching inspires young women to recognize inner strength, embrace growth, and build a meaningful relationship with Hashem.
She served as Associate Director of Mentorship for Olami, helping foster meaningful relationships and growth among young Jewish women worldwide. Her background also includes educational leadership at Yavneh Academy in Paramus New Jersey, where she contributed to school operations and student development. She has also taught at Aish Aspire and Be'er Miriam. She currently serves as Director of Social Media & Marketing Strategy for Renewal, helping raise awareness and support life-saving donor matching initiatives. Through her writing, podcasting, and speaking, Mrs. Greenfield continues to inspire individuals to view life through a Torah lens and find growth within every challenge.
MRS. LEEBY DERSHOWITZ
Mrs. Leeby Dershowitz was born and raised in Los Angeles, California, to well-known kiruv leaders Rabbi Moshe and Mrs. Bracha Zaret, co-directors of the Jewish Awareness Movement on college campuses. Her home instilled in her a deep sense of responsibility, warmth, and dedication to Klal Yisrael. A graduate of Bnos Chava, Mrs. Dershowitz has built her life around Torah leadership and communal impact. She is the Rebbetzin of Rabbi Akiva Dershowitz, Rav of Khal Nachlas Yakov, a vibrant community shul on Paran Street in Ramat Eshkol and one of the foremost students of the renowned posek, Rav Asher Weiss shlit"a. Known for her engaging, relevant, and well-sourced classes, Mrs. Dershowitz presents Torah ideas in a clear, relatable, and meaningful way. Her classes are appreciated for their depth and accessibility, helping students connect timeless Torah concepts to real-life growth and a life of wholeness.
RABBI MEIR B. KAHANE
Rabbi Meir B. Kahane is a respected and sought-after educator, renowned for his rare ability to combine profound depth with warmth, clarity, and relevance. For more than two decades, he has been inspiring students and adults alike through his teaching, lectures, and writings. He serves as Principal of Chedvas and also teaches in a slew of other institutions such as Sharfman's to Aish HaTorah, where his unique approach has impacted countless individuals. Widely recognized for his ability to communicate timeless Torah truths to contemporary audiences, Rabbi Kahane has become an internationally acclaimed speaker and lecturer. His shiurim and classes, available to audiences around the globe, are marked by intellectual rigor, emotional sensitivity, and a deep understanding of the challenges facing today's generation. Rabbi Kahane is also the author of two landmark works based upon the teachings of the holy Piaseczner Rebbe, Rabbi Kalonymus Kalman Shapira הי"ד, and his monumental masterpiece, Aish Kodesh. His first volume, A Fire in the Darkness: Guidance for Growth When Life Hurts, has been widely acclaimed for making the profound teachings of the Piaseczner Rebbe accessible and deeply relevant to modern readers. His recently released companion volume, A Candle in the Darkness: Insights for Growth When Life Hurts, continues this mission through a moving and powerful presentation of the Rebbe's timeless message of faith, resilience, and spiritual growth. Through his books, lectures, and decades of educational leadership, Rabbi Kahane has emerged as a leading voice in contemporary Jewish thought, bringing the holy fire of the Piaseczner Rebbe to a new generation and helping countless individuals discover meaning, hope, and growth even amidst life's greatest challenges.
MRS. SHIRA SAVIT
Mrs. Shira Savit (née Thalheim), MA, CHC, MHC, grew up in a home steeped in avodas hakodesh, where tzedakah, hachnasas orchim, and a host of initiatives were woven into the very fabric of daily life. This rich Torah foundation profoundly shapes her work as an educator and mental health professional. A proud graduate of SKA High School for Girls, Mrs. Savit hosts a weekly mussar va'ad chaburah led by Mrs. Deena Schoonmaker in her home, turning it into a true makom Torah. Mrs. Savit blends deep Torah sources with modern psychological insights, and her widely read articles have appeared on Aish.com, in Wellspring Magazine, and Mishpacha Magazine. Mrs. Savit resides in Ramat Eshkol, Yerushalayim, where her home is renowned for its clean cuisine and exemplary hachnasat orchim.
